How does the quote process work?
Share your opening size, application, and preferred finish through the form. The Galvanix team reviews the specs and feasibility, then returns a clear specification and price. You can also call or email the team directly.
What information do you need for an accurate quote?
The opening width and height, where the shutter will be used (home, retail, warehouse, or industrial), the slat profile or performance you need, the finish or RAL colour, and whether you want motorisation and accessories such as safety sensors or a GSM receiver.
Which areas does Galvanix serve?
Galvanix supplies across the United Arab Emirates and Oman, operating from a Dubai office in Deira and a showroom and warehouse in Umm Al Quwain.
Are the shutters made to measure?
Yes — every shutter is manufactured to order for your specific opening, up to 12 metres wide, so dimensions, slat profile, finish, and controls are all specified per project.
What warranty do Galvanix products carry?
Galvanix warrants its products against defects in materials and workmanship, with a 12-month standard warranty on structural components, motorised systems, and the galvanized finish, and extended options available on request. Full terms are on the warranty policy page.
