Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern all transactions, services, and interactions between Galvanix Doors Trading L.L.C (“Galvanix”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) and our customers, contractors, and website visitors (“you” or “customer”).

By requesting a quotation, placing an order, or using our website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

Galvanix specializes in the design, manufacture, supply, and installation of industrial security shutter systems, including hot-dip galvanized roller shutters, foam-filled interlocking slat systems, and associated hardware and controls.

All products are custom-manufactured to project-specific requirements and are subject to engineering review and production lead times as communicated at the time of quotation.

All quotations issued by Galvanix are valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Quotation validity may be affected by material price fluctuations or changes in project scope.

An order is confirmed only upon receipt of a signed purchase order, written acceptance of our quotation, and payment of the agreed deposit. Verbal commitments do not constitute a binding order.

Galvanix reserves the right to decline or cancel any order at its discretion prior to the commencement of production.

Payment terms are as specified in the quotation or purchase agreement. Standard terms typically require:

• A deposit upon order confirmation to initiate engineering and procurement;
• Progress payments at agreed milestones during manufacturing;
• Final payment prior to or upon delivery and/or installation completion.

Galvanix reserves the right to suspend or withhold deliveries where payments are overdue. Late payments may be subject to interest charges in accordance with UAE commercial law.

Delivery lead times are estimates based on current production schedules and are subject to change. Galvanix shall not be liable for delays arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including material shortages, logistics disruptions, or force majeure events.

Risk in the goods passes to the customer upon delivery to the agreed site. Title in the goods passes only upon receipt of full payment.

Where installation is included, the customer is responsible for ensuring the site is ready, accessible, and safe for our installation teams on the agreed dates.

All engineering drawings, technical specifications, designs, and documentation prepared by Galvanix remain our exclusive intellectual property. These materials are provided for the sole purpose of the specific project and may not be reproduced, distributed, or disclosed to third parties without our prior written consent.

Our products are subject to the warranty terms set out in our separate Warranty Policy. Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Galvanix shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with our products, services, or these Terms.

Our aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the product or service giving rise to that claim.

Both parties agree to treat as confidential all technical, commercial, and project-related information exchanged in connection with orders or potential orders. Neither party shall disclose such information to third parties without the prior written consent of the other party, except as required by law.

Galvanix shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performance arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, war, strikes, pandemics, supply chain disruptions, or utility failures.

In such circumstances, we will notify you promptly and work in good faith to resume normal operations as soon as reasonably practicable.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, specifically the laws applicable in the Emirate of Dubai.

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be referred to the competent courts of Dubai, UAE.

Galvanix reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. The revised Terms will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
