Galvanix is a knowledge-based manufacturer, not a reseller. We engineer and roll-form our own hot-dip galvanized steel slats — including the world's first 100mm foam-filled interlocking profile — along with the guide rails, end caps, and seals that complete the system.

Producing every core component ourselves means the whole roller shutter performs as one: secure, insulated, and quiet, with consistent quality on industrial, commercial, and residential projects.

Every shutter is built to order for the exact opening — up to 12 metres wide — so dimensions, slat profile, and finish are specified per project rather than pulled from stock.

Finishes are applied with electrostatic polyester powder coating for a uniform, UV-stable surface: 27 catalog RAL colours, any custom RAL match, and dual-tone options that let the inside and outside read differently.

Galvanix supplies security shutters, roller doors, and components across the United Arab Emirates and Oman, operating from a Dubai office in Deira and a showroom, shop, and warehouse in Umm Al Quwain.

Local stock of components and finishes keeps lead times predictable for contractors, developers, and homeowners working to a programme.

A shutter only performs if it is installed correctly. Galvanix fits the curtain, guide rails, motor, and seals so the door runs true, seats securely in the rails, and closes flush to the ground.

Professional installation also protects your warranty — the standard cover applies to shutters fitted by Galvanix.

Galvanix turns any shutter into an automatic door with motors matched to the door's weight — side-mounted units from 300 kg to 1000 kg with a manual override, or concealed tubular motors for lighter residential doors.

Controls and safety devices complete the automation: rolling-code remotes, wall switches, a GSM module that opens the door by call or SMS, infrared safety sensors, and a warning light.

Galvanix warrants its products against defects in materials and workmanship, with a 12-month standard warranty on structural components, motorised systems, and the galvanized finish, and extended cover available on request.
