Galvanix is the first manufacturer in the world to bring a 100mm foam-filled slat to market with a precision interlocking tongue-and-groove system. It defines a new category of security shutter.
Crafted from hot-dip galvanized steel with a 50-micron coating, the slat reaches 1.50mm thickness at the interlocking joint. The injected polyurethane foam provides exceptional thermal insulation under varying weather conditions.
The unique zigzag interlock ensures a secure fit within the rails for enhanced anti-theft protection, and the polyester electrostatic powder finish resists direct sunlight for up to 10 years. Dual-tone customization makes it ideal for sophisticated architectural projects.
