The 80mm foam-filled slat brings Galvanix's signature injected-foam construction to a slimmer profile. Hot-dip galvanized steel skins are bonded to a polyurethane core, delivering thermal insulation and a quiet, solid feel.
Like its 100mm sibling, it uses a precision interlock for anti-theft security within the guide rails, finished in a 50-micron electrostatic polyester powder coat that resists UV for up to 10 years.
